This is a comprehensive course that introduces the users to finite element analysis using the ANSYS 14.5 software, one of the world’s leading FEA packages.
The course outline is arranged in a pedagogical sequence covering the basic FEA concepts, modeling, and analysis of engineering problems using ANSYS.
Mechanical engineering examples are used as tutorials to ensure that the user can relate their knowledge and understand the FEA techniques used in the industry to design a product.
After following the course, the user will be able to create solid parts using ANSYS or import them from AutoCAD, SolidWorks or ProEngineer, and apply finite element techniques to analyze given boundary conditions.
